James started Black & Associates Insurance in 1987. Hs completed his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1982. He grew up in Spokane and has a wife and 2 adult children. While managing the overall operation, he also continues to sell insurance and service his many customers.

Judy has been with Black & Associates Insurance for over 7 years. She has over 10 years of insurance experience. Judy is a licensed agent and can help you with all of your questions and changes.

Janet has been with Black & Associates Insurance for over 13 years. She is a licensed agent and does a wide variety of tasks such as working with customers to advise them on their insurance. She also quotes and issues personal lines policies.
